Doug was so excited to add this fourth little guy to the family! And I am so glad that I have a husband that loves to wrestle and play rough with his boys and do all those things that boys love to do!! Here is Luke and his Daddy...
When my mom brought the boys to the hospital they all were really excited but they all acted quite different.
Tanner was all about his new baby brother. He just wanted to hold him and he was so excited and so good with him....and still is. He couldn't believe that Luke was actually here and not in my belly anymore!
Jake on the other hand was kind of apprehensive. He was excited but didn't want to hold him at first...(I think he was just nervous), but once he watched Tanner he decided that maybe he would try, and he did great!
Then there was Mikey who was more concerned with pushing buttons or turning the lights on and off or laying on me and eating my hospital graham crackers.
He realized there was a baby but didn't really care much at all. And then Mom just held him up over Luke to look at him and he just kept saying "baby,baby!"
It was a fun little visit!!
