The Cardons

We made our flight to Oregon a couple weeks back thanks to Mom who so thoughtfully met me at the Denver airport to make sure the flight went off without a hitch!!! And of course...thanks to her and her Mary Poppins bag of goods, the boys did great and we arrived at the Portland airport where Uncle Paul was waiting to pick us up. They were so excited! Tanner had kept asking me all these things about Grandma and Grandpas house since it had been so long since we had been there...but not "what is it like things"......he definitely remembers what it was like....but more like "Is this certain toy still going to be at Grandmas?"... The last time we were there was last summer and that kid has an amazing memory, so I was hoping whatever he was remembering was the same!:)

The first morning we were in Oregon...Aunt Melinda was working on two birthday cakes!(this girl is one talented chick!!!) She was kind enough to make extra frosting for the boys to decorate their own cake (thanks to moms cakes she had in the freezer!)! They are always in heaven when they can help in the kitchen hands on!!:)

This was just the start of the CONSTANT eating that happened the entire two weeks we were home!!!:)

These two little squirts took a little bit of getting used to one another....

but not too long because eventually they really started enjoying each others company....well, at least some of the time!!:) And it was fun to get to know Miss Libby....hopefully she will remember us at Christmas and it won't take as long to get reacquainted and she won't feel like she is being bombarded by all these big boys!!!
