Last week the boys were playing out back at Melissa's and Tanner ran inside and yelled "Mom...Mom!!! An Eagle just came and grabbed another bird and took him!" What he was trying to explain was a tad broken up and stuttered....which Tanner tends to do when he is trying to explain something and he is nervous or excited or anything of the sort. I grabbed my shoes and went out to see what he was talking about. There were feathers everywhere and the boys were collecting them. Apparently "the Eagle" or whatever it was swooped down and snatched up a smaller bird and feathers went everywhere! They were talking about it the rest of the afternoon!

Maybe the same hawk knows the Coons used to reside there and came to visit you too. :) Couldn't find any chickens but the small bird did the job for the moment. CRAZY!!!

Thats crazy! How cool for the lil guys though! I can't believe how big they are getting. You have the cutest looking boys! THey are all so handsome!
