Tanner's birthday fell on a Friday this year but we decided to celebrate on Saturday. However, he did request donuts for his class on Friday, so the boys and I loaded up and brought donuts! He is so funny because he went through everything that other kids had brought to class for their birthday so far and no one had brought donuts, so that is what he wanted!:)
Saturday morning Tanner woke up and was bright-eyed and bushy tailed! He was ready for his big day! He chose waffles for breakfast and then we opened all his family gifts! His favorite was a new watch! He was so excited!
That afternoon we geared up for his birthday party! He wanted to go to Jump Street which is a trampoline place. We had never been there before so we thought we would give it a try! All the kids met us there and they all jumped for a good hour and a half. Next we headed back to our house for pizza, cake, and presents!
He really wanted a bug cake and after looking at a bunch of different ones online, we rent the easy route and made a big dirt mound with bugs all over it! He LOVED it. It was pretty cute.
These are Tanner's centerpieces that he put together for the his party. I'm not really sure what he was trying to make, but we left them on the table because that's what he wanted.:) Tanner is such a sweet boy with a sweet personality. He has always been my little social butterfly and LOVES to be with his friends and his family having fun! He loves to laugh and is happy the majority of the time. He has always been such an easy child and is such a great helper. We love you Tanner! Happy 6th Birthday!
